Passive ICT & network infrastructure · MSIC 4321.91

Install. Connect. Control.

We install, test, commission and maintain passive ICT and network infrastructure in data centres and large commercial facilities — and we prove it works, live, from our own platform.

The gap

The passive scope is the critical path to energisation. It is also the least visible scope on the floor.

Every contractor on a data centre floor terminates fibre to broadly the same standard. What almost none of them give you is a live view of the work while it is happening. You find out where a package really stands when the sub tells you — or when the handover pack lands thin, three weeks after you needed it.

  • Progress reported in slide decks and a weekly call, not in data.
  • Evidence assembled at the end, from scan files nobody has reconciled.
  • Manpower on the invoice that nobody independently verified on site.
  • Faults listed rather than ranked, so remediation stalls the energisation date.

Capability

What we self-deliver

Passive infrastructure, end to end — installed, terminated, tested to certified results, commissioned, and maintained through the life of the facility.

01 — Fibre

Fibre optic systems

Fibre-optic cable installation, MPO/MTP and LC systems, termination and splicing, optical distribution frames, pre-terminated trunk deployment and polarity management.

02 — Copper

Copper structured cabling

Copper structured cabling, patch panels, horizontal and backbone routes, Cat6A and Cat6 permanent link and channel builds to certified results.

03 — Racks

Racks, cabinets & rack-and-stack

Data rack and cabinet installation, rack-and-stack, levelling, bonding and earthing, cable management and associated passive containment, labelled to your convention.

04 — Patching

Patching & interconnect

Structured patching to schedule, cross-connect build, MPO cassette and harness deployment, and patch records captured as data rather than as a marked-up drawing.

05 — Test

Test, certification & commissioning

OTDR and OLTS optical testing, copper certification, polarity and insertion-loss verification, testing, validation and commissioning — results issued as data, not only as PDFs.

06 — Support

Maintenance, MACs & remediation

Network infrastructure fault finding and remediation, moves/adds/changes, smart hands, planned maintenance, decommission and infrastructure refresh.

The difference

You already know what a passive sub costs. With us you also know what one is doing.

Conventional passive subcontractor
Valid8 Global
Progress reporting
Weekly percentage complete, self-declared in a spreadsheet.
Live burn-down per rack, placement group and phase. You have a login.
Test evidence
Scan files held by the sub, reconciled into a pack near completion.
Every scan ingested on capture and archived to your document store as it lands.
Manpower
Timesheets submitted at week end and taken at face value.
Clock-in by shift and discipline, reconciled against claimed hours, per company.
Fault handling
A list of failures, re-scanned and often double-counted.
Deduplicated, ranked and tracked to clearance, with stale scans governed.
Handover
A project in its own right, weeks after physical completion.
A snapshot of a record that has been complete the whole way through.
We would rather be audited than asked to be trusted.

Where we work

Environments where the record matters as much as the cable

Sector

Hyperscale data centres

Multiplane fabric bring-up at scale, worked in placement groups and phases, with contractor-level accountability across a shared floor.

Sector

Colocation & enterprise data centres

White-space build, meet-me room and cross-connect work, campus backbone, and the ongoing MAC traffic that follows handover.

Sector

Large commercial facilities

Structured cabling backbone and horizontal distribution, comms rooms, containment and certified testing across large fit-out programmes.

Standing behind it

A young company, stated plainly.

We are not going to claim three decades we do not have. What we will do is tell you exactly how we work, show you the platform running on a live Tier-1 hyperscale bring-up, and give you visibility from the first day on site rather than at the end. Judge us on the record, because we publish it.

Tier 1 & Tier 2
Optical testing — OLTS insertion loss and OTDR trace, issued as data
MPO/MTP & LC
Terminated, spliced and polarity-verified to your convention
Cat6A certified
Copper permanent link and channel certification on every route
Day one
Client login to the live burn-down, on every project, as standard

Next step

Put us on a package and watch it.

Send us a scope, a programme and a floor. We will come back with a method statement, a resource plan and a demonstration of the live record you would get from day one.
