About

We would rather be audited than asked to be trusted.

Valid8 Global is a passive ICT and network infrastructure contractor built the other way round from most: the record came first, and the delivery business was built to be measured by it.

Mission

Install. Connect. Control.

Three words, in the order the work happens. Install the infrastructure. Connect the people who built it to what they claim they did. Control the evidence, so the state of the job is a fact rather than an opinion.

The company came out of data centre validation. Before we installed anything we spent our time reconciling other people's scan reports — watching main contractors ask a simple question, "is this deployment group finished?", and wait days for an answer nobody fully believed.

So we built the answer. Valid8 Control went into production on a Tier-1 hyperscale multiplane bring-up and became the system of record for that floor.

Valid8 Install is the natural consequence. If we already run the most rigorous record on the floor, we should be doing the work on the floor — and holding ourselves to it in public. Every package we take carries a client login from day one. That is not a feature. It is the business model.

How we operate

Four commitments we will put in a contract

01

Visibility from day one

A client login to the live record on every package, at no separate charge, from the day we mobilise — not a report at the end.

02

No unearned claims

We will not present estimated data as measured, and we will not quote a track record we do not have. What is in build is labelled in build.

03

Self-delivered crews

The people on your floor are ours, inducted and accounted for by name, discipline and shift. Where we ever supplement, you are told who and why.

04

Your data stays yours

Scans, certificates and records export in full, on request, in a form your systems can read. Nothing about the record is a lock-in.

Standards & accreditation

Where we stand, with dates.

A young company's accreditation position is either published honestly or discovered awkwardly during prequalification. We publish it. Certificates and current status are available on request for any item below.
